A credit is a unit of usage for billable compliance actions — submitting a DIWASS notification, an Annex VII document, a movement document, or signing an eCMR. Drafting, editing, managing partners, and browsing are always free.
Unused credits from your monthly plan roll over to the next cycle, up to double your monthly allowance. For example, on Growth you can bank up to 160 credits. Additional credits you purchase never expire as long as your account is active.
You can still use the platform — you just cannot submit new documents until you top up or your plan renews. We show your balance clearly so you're never surprised.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Every new account gets 15 free credits — no card required. Use them for real submissions. When you subscribe, any unused trial credits are added to your plan balance automatically.
